Everything was really good, including helpful staff at the reception desk. I have stayed in executive queen room with the goodies, the all the extra equipments plus a balcony for 4 nights. The food was superb with plenty of alternatives. The location was stunning, relatively near Work

Everything! The truth is that it is a great hotel, the staff very friendly and concerned about the safety and welfare of one. Spacious and comfortable rooms. Variety in the breakfast.

The hotel was very good value for money. The place was spotless and top quality, had very professional staff at the reception desk. The rooms were huge and good sized with a balcony.
The breakfast they served was usual, hope one day it will be better.

The gym was nice and clean. The staff was very attentive and attended to every need. The hotel has all the services you might need.
Wi-Fi is pretty bad. Air conditioning noise (which is critical in Cairo)

We had three great days. Excellent cuisine: breakfast, lunch and dinner. Obligatory to mention the pastry department, a real delicacy. Gym, sauna and Turkish bath available all day. In short: come to the Safir Hotel! The staff throughout the hotel is extremely courteous and helpful.
We've been back for three days and I still can't get the music out of my head that keeps repeating. I'm not saying it's unpleasant.. it's the fact that it's very brief.. AND IT REPEATS ITSELF ENDLESSLY. The background music in the dining room, sauna, etc. ALWAYS THE SAME FOUR MINUTES OF MUSIC THAT IS REPEATED IN LOOP over and over again.

Good breakfast, varied and of good quality. . The staff is extremely friendly, Amira from Public Relations is great, she solves any problem that comes up.
Apparently the pool water is continuously renewed and not treated as is usually the case, this means that although the ambient temperature is over 25 degrees all day, the water temperature should be below 20 degrees, which in practice makes it impossible to use it normally, and even less so with small children. There is no mention in the hotel's website that the spa / jacuzzi is only for people over 14 years old, which combined with the frozen pool, makes it impossible for children to be immersed in the water at this hotel. Not recommended for children.

We used the hotel as our base to check out the Pyramids and the Egyptian Museum. Super-friendly staff, a peaceful area, and good WiFi. It's close to fast food joints and shops, handy after long days.
